Bio
Delavas started playing as a DJ on several bars, clubs and underground events in Stockholm in her early 20’s. She discovered electronic music and the scene by entering raves and parties in the hometown at the age of 16. Quickly she gained a big network around her. In 2021 she joined the team behind club NEU (Stockholm) for two years and immersed herself in to the music scene more as a booker / nightclub manager. Since then she got more opportunities to play abroad. Delavas has been curating music in clubs like Sisyphos, Kater and Golden Gate in Berlin, club Module in Copenhagen and on the top of Austrian mountains in Innsbruck with Bögen Radio, to mention a few places. Delavas has a classical schooled music background. Besides playing on CDJs, the piano plays a big role in her life. Today she is diving in to music production and developing new skills for her creative expressions. Some of her inspiration sources are vinyl music, ambience and rhythmic creativity. Playing various of genres cuts the limitations off. Delavas focuses on warm analog sounds as a vinyl admirer, but keeping herself up to date with new productions. In house music she likes to travel between chicago-house and percussions, minimal, techy and acid sounds, while adding in electro as well. In fast-paced hypnotic techno, she dives for ambient pads, textures, on top of polyrhythmic grooves. No matter if it’s IDM, ambient, electro, house or techno - count on that it's something new she wants to introduce you to.
