Bio

Desaint, also known as Emil, is known a one of the leading names on the electronic music scene in Denmark. As the music director and one of the leaders at Gravity CPH, he’s influenced on the electronic music scene is Scandinavia has become noticeably. As a young musician, Desaint grew up listening to electronic music since the late 90’s. In an early age he got inspiration from many of some of the most iconic starts from the scene, as Daft Punk, Faithless and more. As an award-nominated DJ from Copenhagen, Desaint started producing music in his bedroom when he was 17, and hasn’t looked back ever since! He’s sound always has a big groove, with a melodic and metallic influence. His musical inspiration comes from many different artists and genres - from disco and funk, to techno and house. After more than 10 million streams, he has released several tracks and worked with many of the biggest names at home. In the spring of 2020, he released his first EP on Soundcloud, My Impression, which received really strong support from many big DJ’s across the globe. Besides being the creator and a mainforce at the Gravity CPH brand and platform, in a short period of time Desaint has already appeared at both Roskilde Festival, Smukfest, Distortion, Malmö Festival etc. And with DJ gigs in Barcelona, London, Prague and Berlin, Desaint is on the move. And he's only just getting started..
