Bio

Erik Chamber is a 21-year-old DJ based in Barcelona with Cuban roots. Drawn to percussion from an early age, he was introduced to genres like disco, timba, and jazz before eventually falling in love with techno a genre where he found space to explore with emotions on a deeper level. Now as a DJ his sets take the dancefloor on a hypnotic journey where groove and texture play equal roles. Recognised by his eclectic selection of tracks and distinct approach to drum patterns,he brings a new perspective to each set and embraces constant evolution. His style has lead him onto the path to become a fixture in Barcelona’s thriving techno scene. In addition, aiming to create safer and more inclusive spaces to explore club music, Erik Chamber runs Oscuro a platform and club dedicated to giving visibility to the black and latino communities within the Barcelona’s electronic music scene.
