Bio
Wasabi was born and raised in Yokohama, Japan until the age of 14. Since 2010 she has lived in Aarhus, and with her experience in cultural urban spaces, festivals and events, she is doing her best to create and improve the culture of Århus. With an entrepreneurial mindset, she has co-founded vve collective (a female and non-binary DJ/VJ collective) and Klubb22 (a cultural concept surrounding nightlife, safer spaces, representing and giving a platform to celebrate underrepresented music genres and people). On the decks, her tunes are a cross-pollination of genres, so you can expect a mix of edgy, bouncy and spicy beats to get your body moving.
