Distortion Opening Ceremony 2026: LIVE MIXTAPE Curated by Escho-Nis B & EJJM & Tdf. We’re kicking off the festival with a special live experience called “Live Mixtape” — a 60-minute collaborative concert where artists perform in short, interwoven segments across multiple stages around Kongens Nytorv, creating one continuous power show. Lineup: Clarissa Connelly + Canons (lady choir) Wedding (postclub trio) Thicket (drum ensemble) Muskila (global electronics) True Blue (alt-pop) The Opening Ceremony is free and open to the public. The event takes place at Kongens Nytorv on Wednesday 3 June from 18:00-22:00. Live Mixtape installations have happened in 2007, 2011, 2012, 2017, 2025 - this is where we invented the expression "Orchestrated Chaos"
